WOW. I truly had no idea that Shiro Sagisu sensei composed these AOT live action pieces. I know he has done lots of masterpiece from many series but I particularly love his work in BLEACH. You are really amazingly talented, Shiro Sagisu sensei! Thank you for this beautiful OST as well ❤

Its a very good standalone kaiju movie tbh. And the ost by legendary Shiro Sagisu enhanced it even further. The problem arises when you start comparing it to original source manga or anime counterpart. Treat the movie & original as completely separate entities. You can treat the movie as something inspired from AoT. For a kaiju flick, its very well done.

Yeah if they branded it as "inspired by AOT" and not the live action counterpart of it then it would def get no backlash

To be fair Hajime Isayama wanted something different for the movie and also he borrowed elements from the movie like have the gang see the sea and blowing bombs off on Eren's Founding Titan Head like the end of the movie. I don’t get why people hated this movie. It was actually a very well made giant monster movie . It was scary , disturbing, and you actually feel a lot of terror from it. It hits all the right ques a monster movie should hit. I also admire they stuck with the old school way of doing it but using guys in rubber monster suits but enhancing them with digital effects. I don’t get why y’all hate it but personally as a fan of Japanese monster movies I must say I was very impressed. Was a pretty damn good kaiju movie imo
@MiregoThe100th3 жыл бұрын
Very late reply but its specifically some aot fans hating on this to my knowledge. Most complaints I hear about the movie are being far too dissimilar to the anime counterpart like excluding fan favourite or reworking fan favourite characters. It's a good movie dont get me wrong but these are the claims I hear most of the time when the movie is brought up. I personally hate comparing the show and the movie since their characters are completely different.
