Crying happy tears, US open gave tennis tv permission to show video of the US open championship point, this coming from a Federer fan! Thats how loved Delpo is. Even one of the most delusional twitter users I have the misfortune of knowing only has great things to say about Delpo. Gotta say Delpo well and truly had Roger's number in finals. Even the ones he lost, he made very difficult for Fed.

Juan Martin del Potro is one of the few players (alongside M. Cilic, D. Thiem), who have achieved literally everything they could in the toughest tennis era [Big 3 + Murray/Wawrinka]👍That honor includes a Grand Slam (all of them won USO), a Master 1000 (Juan Martin & Dominic won Indian Wells, Marin won Cincinnati), a few ATP 500s, a bunch of ATP 250s✅I don't count Medvedev, Alcaraz, Sinner (Zverev might join this list soon) cause those names came in latter years where Big 3 + Murray/Wawrinka are close to retirement & struggling with loads of injuries⭐
@elektrik_exekutioner682227 күн бұрын
Thiem didn't win his slam against any of the big 4 though.

@@elektrik_exekutioner6822 but he has the highest ratio wins/total matches against Djokovic/Nadal/Federer, that alone says a lot

@@nhatlongvu8896 against them when they were all in their 30's. The ratio wins against them is a bit biased, as he was a lot younger than the others (He is only 31 right now) I would say Murray was the best of the rest, by a mile.
@nhatlongvu889627 күн бұрын
@@pixelplayer_396 I won't argue with you about Murray being the best from the rest, cause...he is👍hence why in my comment I noted [Big 3 + Mur/Waw], they're multiple GS winners, which seperated them from the others⚡️In that era, del Potro/Cilic/Thiem did what they could and won at least 1 title from each category (250, 500, Master, Slam) - the honor which Tsonga, Ferrer, Berdych, Gasquet, Raonic, Isner,...couldn't ✅️
@nhatlongvu889626 күн бұрын
@@WhoAmI_4386 yeah man, Stan is way too inconsistent, he's a kind of player who "turn on out of nowhere, beat everyone, win the trophy then leave", and that happened like, once or twice a year even in his prime [2013-2017] 😂 Juan Martin, despite suffering numerous injuries, still came back every single time and beat top players pretty regular, that's why Stan's h2h records vs Big3 are so bad compared to Murray's or Juan Martin's if we just treat all matches (big or small, slam or not) with the same value👍
