Termination Tips for cableways in large panels

Over the 27 years I've been in the electrical industry, I've picked up some little tips.

Love an AF switchgear panel . We normall leave the perspex off the box and push it up afterwards, Especially with a 300mm lol that one had to cut the perspex in half as no way you were getting anywhere near it lol.

Wiha do nice insulated nut drivers that are handy for getting a start on tight space nuts like them.

Is it possible to remove the end plates instead, and slide back when all cables are terminated.

They make everything small to fit more in. In theory it works, in practice it most certainly doesnt.

I bet people will try and get their hand in there and then think sod it...Impact driver.......Cross thread.....Oh well thats for the next guy to deal with. Poor design by the designer who has never used the device and probably never will try and use the product they design for its intended use.

Not really, some countries wouldnt bother with the plexi cover on the bus bars because nobody is supposed to open the armory in the first place.
