Gangster is right.. the city is tore up.. our tax player dollars are not being used correctly since Been.. the quality of life is slow and it’s unfortunate Meana feel strongly that the Super Bowl money is to fix these neighborhoods cause that is not the case.. the street in front Skip business been tore up for many moons .. why would Meana get offended by that?? I have visited the hood in Birmingham and their streets, infrastructure and other quality of life structures are on point.. Meana too old for that and he needs to become civically engaged cause the quality of life in New Orleans is shitty
