I don't think so mate.... Andre Degrasse, probably THE man in the Sprints in 2021 in Both 100m and 200m events is 5'10" at most. Plus Coleman and Bromell are even shorter. Yes, if you are over 6 ft you may have an advantage but it certainly hasn't stopped the guys I just mentioned in having very successful careers.
