Thank you sir. We work very closely with our local emergency personnel and train with them. Most of my guys have light and heavy extrication training, TIMS training, grain bin recovery, and many others. It is my firm belief that we should all train together so that we can work together in pressure situations. In this way, everyone knows each others responsibilities and capabilities....also knowing when to stay out of the way and not be a part of the problem.

I'm a police dispatcher, This here has given me another view of an accident scene. Sitting in a room, behind a mic, we don't always know how it is on the road end (I've done a lot of ride alongs, but they are all different). I hope all involved are OK!

Thanks for watching. The people involved are alive, but could still use prayers. The gentleman is still in the hospital. The lady is out of the hospital with a broken arm and a lot of bumps and bruises. There are several parts of the video where you can see a broken tree on the far side of the vehicle. It is broken about 4' from the ground. The car was airborn when it hit and broke the tree. Wood from the tree is still embedded in the car. It's a miracle that they are alive.

Great job on the video's Ron. You do the same thing I have done for 16 yrs behind the wheel of a wrecker when ever I was called to a bad one I would always pray for the family on my way to the scene along with prayers for my crew members on the scene with me that everything goes correctly. Ron prayers do work and can't tell you how many close calls I've had on the highways. As I tell everyone that ask me. When you have as many close calls as many of us has had in the middle of the night you find God. God bless you my fellow tow brother and be safe on the roads ahead.

I stumbled across this video today and I must say you are quite impressive! I have a friend who also owns a towing business who pulls for all the local police departments. He has told me about some true horror stories that he had to clean up. However until viewing this video I really had no clue what he had to go through. You have a really incredibly nice rig! Really interesting to watch you yank the wreck out and making it look really easy to boot. The best part was hearing the caring from you! You are truly Blessed by helping the people that you do. Ron, you do a good job making these videos. The comments are always to the point and even handed. The GoPro setup works well (sometimes a little dizzying watching where your eyes are going!) I watched another where you were showing a trainee how to rig up a trailer that had sunk down on the landing gear, always a patient tone and making sure you were understood. For someone who's done some trucking (and some instructing) there's a lot to learn here. Keep them coming and best of luck.

I retired in 2001 softer a 36 year career as a Locomotive engineer. To this day, one of the dumbest questions I get is if I ever hit a car. I never tell anybody what happened out there. I just simply will not talk about things that are nobody's business. Thus, I sympathize and totally agree with the discretion you use with your video camera.

I used to have a small wrecker, (one ton,) and while hooking onto a car on a busy highway, the lady driver was getting something out of her car. As she was going beside the vehicles to get back in the tow truck (safety) I grabbed her coat and yanked her towards me in between the two vehicles. She said with a horrified look on her face, " I felt that car touch my coat" Made me feel good to be able to prevent serious injury that day.

What is so interesting about looking at smashed metal, fiberglass and plastic? Drive on before you are the cause of another wreck! I hope the family is okay. Donna G ... Thank you. Thats very kind of you to say. I'm working on it. I won't take anxiety meds as i personally feel they are dangerous and they knock me out. I hate to have this level of anxiety around driving and seeing things like this makes it almost unbearable. There's so many graphic accidents on KZbin and sometimes browsing is like slowing down on the highway to take a look... its hard to turn away. As i get older i think its gotten worse but i need to persevere because i spend way way too much time in the house and thats not living. Anyway thank you. Have a wonderful day... or night as the case may be!! 😊 As for your daughter, i hope her anxiety gets better. Treatment now will help a great deal .

Rachel Jayne Thanks for the words of encouragement for my daughter. I will let her read this. She refuses to take meds as well. She said they make her feel to out of it and its hard to function at school. She is beginning to drive and experienced a panic attack just at the thought of it. I told her not to rush because she is still young and has plenty of time ahead of her. She has definitely made progress in conquering her anxiety. Some days are better than others as I am sure you are familiar with. Please take care of yourself and I wish you and your loved ones nothing but the best. Have a beautiful day and week. Anybody who's ever questioned the use of sirens and red/blue lights on a recovery vehicle needs to watch this video. Having a major throughway blocked by rubber neckers and traffic is a detriment to everybody involved. From passing motorist, search and rescue, police and fire and recovery workers and equipment there's nothing worse than an extended stay on the side of the road from delayed recovery/removal events. The quicker you get in, the quicker you get out.

I just sat here and watched this video, for no reason whatsoever. But I learned so much, and appreciate that there are people like you who act with such professionalism ~ in how you speak, and conduct your business ... and in respecting the families, the injured, the on-scene personnel ... and asking for prayer for those involved ~ praise God, that someone CARES! This video ministered to me tonight, as well as teaching me about how the jobs are handled. I grew up around cars ~ my brother was the best auto mechanic I knew, as well as a modified stock car aficionado ... he built, and drove. I "hear" him in you. (He passed in 1990 of a heart attack :'( ). Thank you for sharing your work, your compassion, and your passion, with us on here!

Watched a few of your videos and have subscribed. Thanks for always holding the phone correctly for pics. Instead of the crappy vertical iPhone pics. ETA: no one gives an F about y'all out there doing your job on the highway. I see any flashing lights I move over and slow down.

you are a good man that knows his place on this Earth and I tried to send you a message recently about your boy helping you on his summer break and tell you however I have lucky you are to have your boy interested in helping you. you should be proud and from what I see you are. as a boy I loved helping my dad but I boy doesn't want to help me with anything and really doesn't like me because I left his mom but I had a lot of good reasons why I did, but my children don't know why and grew up not knowing why. I don't mind being the bad guy as long as it helps them but from what I understand my boy is not doing well and I can't reach him and that upsets me and I will definitely take a bullet for either of my children. please pray for my children!
