Would be better if current science on meat and salt were incorporated. As well as the plant toxin oxalate. Oxalates cause a lot of symptoms including dizziness and fatigue.

👵I recall hearing from somewhere that if u walk 4 at least an hour a hormone kicks in that burns fat. . . I don't know if that is brisk walking or just plain walking. I would begin w/a regular pace and when comfortable w/it, throw in brief brisk 2 c if that is agreeable 2 ur body. . . All grey hairs considered here 🤗❤️🙏
