I have a month with a Kia Niro 4 EV . Enough range even for a Saturday shift. I charge home with Octopus Intelligent, which is very cheap and good because they keep changing your car after 5:30 for a good few hours. Hopefully I will don't need to fix something because I heard could be a few weeks till next available booking at Kia garage

use cleevely EV moblie service, best around for EVs and they know everything there is about Tesla's, all models

My upper arm ball joint has ran out of grease, NOBODY will touch it. Gonna fix it myself. Model Y is the perfect PHV. BYD have a showroom at Peoples Ford in Bootle.

Yes, £174 Diagnostics fee. £300 for Upper arm ball joint fitted. They know it's a problem with the cars but refuse to work around it. I have bought a grease injector gun and I will replace the grease myself

You can use a fair amount of the Tesla superchargers with other EVs, I don't see that as a benefit of Tesla ownership anymore. Main benefits of Tesla is the battery technology and software, build quality though still yet to catch up.

Yes, I have a MG4, waiting times for repair was too long, I was lucky enough to be able to Google it and fix it myself. It was a software issue and unfortunately I've had many software problems with this car. Looking forward to getting back in a Hyundai soon.

Mate, honestly, when ive needed to super charge the only time ive hit problems or delays is with non tesla chargers. Never had an issue with the tesla network like

@driver-matty I get that, but if supercharging is a major factor when considering an EV for our line of work, just forget it, it's not for you. Tesla are so expensive too, you'd expect some kind of exclusivity when you're paying thru the nose, there's a lot more EV for your money now than buying a Tesla. Tesla Supercharging is the stick Tesla beat other EV drivers with, but never stand on the value for money aspect of a Tesla

@@driver-matty It’s ok personal use as long you have warranty or service plan with them because if you take at the dealership through their assistance you will get a replacement car but for PHV must have selected replacement car in your insurance in case of brakedown
