the fact you even consider how it's going to be different for lefties and the visual of it fills my heart with soo much joy than it should! lol❤

you're literally the only person I have been able to learn hooping from, I just couldn't understand other people or they went to fast and your videos are appreciated

forgive me if i sound shallow because of this but i like to watch tessai's video because she's more on the "thicker" side when it comes to the hooper here on youtube. most of the popular hoopers on youtube are thin or semi-model level skinny and they look amazing and i often get discouraged because they look so graceful and lithe and i know ill never be like them. then there's people like tessai , who is in moreso on the "normal" spectrum and she's still graceful with her movements.

For those who say it doesn't work: your grip isnt stable enough. Try to stabilize the hoop with your thumb, that or get a lighter hoop. if you have the kids one that light up, and it has a bump where the battery pack is, grip it there. I find its most stable there.

Hey, thanks! This is the Metallic Orchid HDPE hoop from www.happyhooping.de. I live in Germany, but if you live in North America I bet you could also find the same tubing at another shop.

This trick gave me the sad realization that I can barely hold a plastic hoop with one hand at torso level... Haha need to work on my upper body strength first it seems

Personally I start from Stage 1 and just do a infinity weave it helps you learn to control it
