I'm going to have to make these this Tuesday with steak tacos, a modest amount of charcoals gives me two rounds, one for these and one for steaks. I might just have to make a smothered burrito with these dudes as well. It'll give me a good reason to make some salsa verde. Thanks for sharing bro!!

I also live in mn but mix the seeds into the brisket stuffing. If you don’t like spice don’t eat a jalapeño popper 😂🤣 I’d mix in habanero seeds personally, or chili

If you want a really exciting game day then you can stuff one of them with a whole chopped up habanero. You could call it BBQ-oulette.

If you really wanted to be evil, you take a Paqui One Chip Challenge, crumble it up, mix it into the cream cheese, and stuff that into one of the jalapenos. Just make sure you have an ambulance on standby outside the residence beforehand.

Or you could get something that's actually spicy, and not just practical-jokes-for-children spicy.

Daren I am making Texas Twinkie’s today I am taking a few liberties because I don’t have brisket, so I am using sage sausage. I am considering using suckle busters sugar daddy for the filling. What do you think will it be to sweet or right on. On the bacon I plan on coating with tailgater.

If you put the peppers that you cut open on the smoker for about 10 ton15 min at 250 degrees it makes them easier to stuff
