Sweet breakdown bro, I'm working on the paint now. Trunk came out ok, needs the dust particles sanded out. Planning on getting the rest don't this coming week. Are you getting supertech for the valvetrain? I priced it out for around $300 for Springs and retainers. Can't wait for more videos on this ride. Are you going to do recaro sr3 style seats? I plan on doing that and covering them in all red.

I love this. I’m working on a 97 civic and going the vitara build route. I have some cheap DNJ crank and piston bearings but since their so cheap, I’m kinda questioning their reliability. Should I buy some some performance racing bearings or would the ones I have work? I’m assuming the former is the best answer but just wanted to get your opinion on it

Swiggy NutMcgee ACL is the best but I have used the ones you mentioned but I highly recommend using some bestline oil additive to prolong their life. Dang where that oil leaks come from on drive way? The wrench apart in lubbock only had f23 n k20 no d16 or d15. I am looking for d15 piston. May have to hit up belton wap

Ragged Ridez thats not a oil leak lol 😂 it had rained and everything else was in the sun and the few spots under the car were still wet. It does look like a nasty oil leak don’t it though lol

Undeadone069 EBay and they work perfectly fine. I use them in almost all my rebuild engines. I will be upgrading to a ACL pump in the future.

Undeadone069 I have eBay ones and there is nothing wrong with eBay pistons keep in mind EBay don’t make pistons sellers on eBay do. I recommend them but oem pistons can handle a little power either way. I put my kit together myself I didn’t buy a specific kit.

Well stock puts down 100whp roughly and from stock to this it was a 200whp gain. Could have been more had i went with a smaller turbo. It was too laggy and power didn't come in till later in the power band. I have seen people with smaller turbos on similar setups making 350-400whp

niels Eijzenga the D16a6 is the strongest D series out there so you can easy make 300hp on it with stock internals using the parts I used and my tuner can get you some power but gotta pay to play unfortunately. I love how my build turned out on the stock engine im so excited to see what this build block can do.

niels Eijzenga 250hp is safe on stock internals rods and pistons and all. Using the exact setup I have ^ for more than 250whp I suggest forged rods and pistons like I used in my build ^ them it’s capable of 500whp safe

I’m trying to put a cheap eBay turbo on one of my 2 5th gen preludes. Either the 97 base has a jdm h22a or my 99 sh with stock h22a4 with atts. I basically can figure out how to do all the plumbing and hooking up the turbo to the motor my biggest thing that is stopping me is what I am gonna need to tune it and how to even begin figuring it out. Any advice. If I put a Hondata on there is it gonna mess with my immobizer? Is there a way to bypass it?
