This is an extremely nuanced topic. There are countless people who are alive today because of anti-psychotic, antidepressant, and anti-anxiety meditations, myself included. This doesn't mean that "big pharma" isn't predatory and it doesn't mean that some doctors don't throw drugs at every complaint. Yeah, I had to stop watching this part-way through because it's not the first of these videos that seems to have an underlying message of "prescription medicines are bad; vaccines are bad," but of the videos on this channel I've seen, this is the most direct about it. I appreciate that there is an issue with overprescribing painkillers, and of young people especially being on perhaps stronger painkillers than they should be, and that people can react badly to vaccines in rare cases, but if this ( "prescription medicines are bad; vaccines are bad") is the narrative that the channel is pushing, then they're not going to be taken seriously by most medical staff or government officials in their fight against fentanyl. I really feel for Rachel's mother and the loved ones of every person this drug has killed, but this isn't the way to win it.

That is a very arrogant statement. There are medical mysteries which the best physicians in the world cannot explain. There are medical conditions whereby one medical expert will have a completely different opinion from another medical expert. The human body is incredibly complex. As much as the COVID vaccine most definitely protected some people, other people were harmed. Young people inflicted with pericarditis from the vax is just one example. If this is possible, then prove that it isn't possible for the vax to be a trigger for various 'latent conditions.'

So, is she saying her daughter got addicted to painkillers because she got a Covid vaccine? Because from what she’s saying, her daughter had celiac and rheumatoid arthritis PRIOR to getting vaccinated and that was with her being on the special organic farm diet you had her on…. I feel like the true issue at hand is not talked about in this video and I’m terribly sorry for this family‘s loss, but it sounds like this poor young lady was very unsettled-which WILL cause substance use /abuse. Deanna, I can barely imagine the the deep trauma you've experienced losing Rachel. I'm sure you'll have great connection and support from the other parents, here, whose beloved ones have died from Fentanyl. I hope you find peace of mind from the turmoil you evidently seem to suffer, still. Your broken heart stone is precious. I trust your broken, mother heart is made whole again as time goes on. Take care. Great care. ❤

Her loss is so recent and it's her daughter. Who had health issues as a child. I'm holding this woman and family in my heart. Yes, there's probably more to the story...there always is. May this young woman fly free. 🦋 Wrapping this mother in healing white light and love.❤️

P l ease do not judge , .loss is loss , grief is painful. The story of the dangers of Fentanyl must be told , It must be told to people in high positions , so they can do something about it, where it's coming from , we must fight the Fentanyl crisis !!!

So sorry for your loss of Rachel 💔 You're right that kids these days can't experiment and make bad decisions like we did. Scary times and so many poisons out there. Way too many prescription drugs given to our young people along with experimental remedies. Your heart stone says it all. Thank you. ❤🙏

I can feel this mother's pain and it is heartbreaking. The bottom line is that this mother lost her child and is broken hearted no matter what the cause of her daughter's death was. Shalom Rachel and rest in peace ❤

This is the most terrible thing that can ever happen to a family. I can’t even imagine the pain and grief they all have. Not knowing what happened would drive me mad. My prayer for this family is that they have peace.

The mom says that her daughter didn’t do drugs….but turns around and asks her friends for a Xanax well sorry I am a trauma nurse of 32 years and turning to friends or a girlfriend or boyfriend looking for Xanax or whatever the drug may be is in reality DOING DRUGS!!…and there are so many inconsistencies in this particular story as with them all a lot doesn’t add up here..like I thought you went back to NJ after her car accident not because she had just broken up with the BF..I’m sorry but drugs in today’s society all it takes it 1 wrong pill not like in the 70’s when we didn’t have to worry about a tainted drug supply.. while any loss due to drugs is tragic and it always like every story I’ve watched starts out with smoking weed but the part about vaping it must have interacted with one of these 5 other drugs she had in her system BESIDES the fentanyl I’m very curious as to what they were…

My 17 year old son died of fentanyl poisoning. One of the things that upset me is when other parents whose children have died from fentanyl feel the need to point out that their child did not have substance abuse issues or wasn’t an addict. I’m sorry, but if your loved one got a pill from someone on the street, they had substance abuse issues. It makes me feel like they believe their child’s life was more valuable than my child’s life. The stigma around addiction is one of the biggest problems. It’s devastating. My son was an amazing young man. He was so much more than his addiction.

We live in a society where a lot of people believe that for every ill, hurt and pain, there’s a solution for it, often a medication. We have to reach our children that sometimes, sometimes solutions come within ourselves.

It’s so hard when our daughters can’t hear from us as mothers. I’m so sorry about Rachel and for your loss. I have celiac and other autoimmune conditions, and I do believe there is a dopamine reaction when ingesting the foods we know we can’t have. It’s a powerful pull, chasing the dopamine.

I am so sorry. It seems like she may have had an addiction before you knew anything. Opiates take mental and physical pain away. You don't need to mix any drugs with fent. To overdose, it is such a strong drug. God bless this family. Thank you for your story!

Im sorry for your loss but the excuses aren't excusing on this one. The issue here wasnt covid, covid vaccines, prescribed medications..... it's the fentanyl. I have three auto immune disorders, had the vacs, had covid, live everyday taking a slew of prescribed medications, vitamins, and supplements. Ive not died of a fentanyl overdose because Im not intaking anything that could lead to that outcome. I hear a lot of "I don't know" here which tells me that mom wasn't really attuned to her daughters daily life and is just grasping to blame her loss on anything but the reality of it.

I am very sorry for this mother's loss. I cannot even begin to imagine her pain. Nonetheless, you make several valid points. In fact, the second paragraph in your post could be used verbatim to describe my own medical situation.
