How dies one make one of these... "pastel de carne del Rafas"?

1 - You need to cook minced meat (better pork and beef mix) with a little of tomato and onion stir-fry. 2 - (Optional) to be 100% Rafa-accurate, you add a little of green pepper to the mix. 3 - Put it in a big tray and cover it with some creamy mashed potatoes purée. 4 - Cover it with some nice cheese and gratin it in the oven. Congratulations, you've prepared the Pastel de carne del Rafa!

Pastel = Cake de = of (made of) carne = Meat del = 's (from) Rafa = Ralph So it's more like "Meat cake from Ralph", as in Spanish we don't have a proper word for "meatloaf" xP Check my answer to Mike the Goo and you'll get the recipee! It's kind of a very "familiar" dish that everybody can make :)

@@MrEvan312 Well, that's kind of a very "inside joke". Short story: my friend Ralph makes a very good meatloaf and we and our friends have some of it every year when his birthday. I posted the video in some TF2 related pages and, despite having no context and being totally random, they found it kind of funny lmao

Actually it's Spanish for "Ralph's meatloaf", literally translated as "Ralph's meat cake". My friend Rafa sure cooks a great meatloaf.
