Liked, subscribed, and heres my thoughts on the bans: I've been playing tf2 since 2017, the same year when tf2 got its last major update apparently. I played as a f2p for years and it was fun until the bots showed up. You cant play for a single day without at least a few games with some bots. When they prevented f2p accounts from speaking that made me heart broken because tf2 wasnt the same anymore at all. I got burnt out from tf2 multiple times and I almost stopped playing tf2 over all at one point. Fortunately I became a p2p some months ago and now I can finally talk, and now with the ban wave I think tf2 might actually become what it was many years ago. A timeless masterpiece. I want my keys now

Hopefully this isn't just a one-off thing like what happened in the last savetf2 movement. Valve needs to either continue support long enough for the cheaters to stop or find a permanent fix to the issue.

I feel like, if Valve doesn’t do anything other than this bot ban wave, In a good year or so the bots will be back. All they have to do is make new accounts, unless valve has IP banned some people, which in that case good on them. But still, we have won the battle, but have we won the war?

honesly the bot invasion is like getting rid od mold on the wall exept the mold is in the wall and you cannot break the wall you can kill mold for some months but it will always regrow but the mission of valve is not 100% bot cleaning it shloud be around 70% cleaning of bots remember a computer a loving mother and a basment is all the things you need to destroy something once a classified U.S.A military filies on a minecraft server you wont win against internet but you can make the losses as small as possible but never zero

most of those signatures were most likely made by botted accounts, since the people moderating it said that there are a lot of accounts with slurs in the name
