Also people are wondering why my character is red in this video so I’ll catch you up to speed. My character is canonically a demon that simply masks themselves as a human to blend in. Just decided to go with the canon look for this one! Edit: In case I didn’t make it clear enough, publisher Galactic Crows has not done anything wrong. They simply publish games, all of which are allowed and safe, and some of which are pretty cool. Don’t get it twisted; I was mostly warning them that they could accidentally do something wrong in the future and it’s something for all of us to be wary of. It’s just a part of the story of this one bad developer.

I talked to these guys a couple of times on Twitter and they claim that they didn't use any AI art for their digital comic. They claimed that they had a digital artist on their Team that drew For them, but instead they Clearly used Traditional hand drawn art crudely scanned over it with AI art. How I know this because? honestly, just look at the damn thing It had weird proportions and unnatural and uncanny faces and hand. It's clearly AI art, Their Blatant Lie Towards me shows that These guys are not smart at all. Edit: I keep bringing up valid points for why this is AI and they got so upset that They blocked me on twitter out of spite.

I mean..traditional art can have wonky faces and proportions. It's hard to undo mistakes and you can't copy paste. It also depends on your art skills. 😅my proportions can get preeetty wonky til I take a photo and do the lineart+coloring digitally. Minor detail playtime with percy can’t be sold While it’s true Freddy or any actual FNAF characters are in game There’s several copyrighted characters as drawings or decor Sonic the hedgehog for example is a drawing on the wall in post night 4 and a banana splits character from the creators previous fan game that wasn’t as original is a toy on the desk If they removed those sure it could be sold (also case animatronics isn’t a fan game it just had a similar character that was removed and the game had some controversial messages about real life politics so yeah …) Basically Playtime with percy can’t be sold as it has copyrighted IP in the background but other then that needing to be removed it could but I doubt that would happen Case animatronics Not a fan game and had controversial stuff inside that wasn’t a coincidence with real life I remember that part (and the cat with the keycard stuck in its tail )

I want to say that those DMs to the dev do not look real. There are two dead give aways. 1) The first set of DMs has a part where the person says "your game is good but I don't want people to play it because it's made in Africa" that does not seem like something they'd admit. If this was truly made by an angry racist rando, they wouldn't actually say it's good, because it's really not. So the dev forgot writing 101: show don't tell. 2) I think it's pretty clear the second DM screenshot (that's cropped differently) is meant to be from somebody else, yet it uses the exact same poor grammar and racist comments. What I think they did is try to find any Steam reviews that were racist, only found a couple that might look racist if given different context, and they created fake DMs that are actually messed up. If I'm right they are fake, then it's even more messed up that they're using their race to block negative feedback while other devs are receiving legitimate racist comments.

I know it being a little pedantic but I do feel like reminding younger adults that aids as an insult does have prejudice roots but for homophobia not racism. That said these days I see it most often used in the same exact context as calling something cancer to mean "very bad" so I assume there wasn't any bigoted hatred in the heart of whoever called the game that.

On the internet it's generally not a bigoted term, it's as you said a meme term that just means "this thing is horrible..like aids. Because aids suck". Aid as an insult never had bigoted views (you don't look at someone/something and call it aids to mean it's gay), you're more so thinking of it being a bigoted view that gay people HAVE aids not that they are aids..bigots aren't going around calling random dudes "aids" as a gay slur, at least last I checked..just saying they HAVE them (which yes they are the higher portion of recorded cases and such..but it's not because they're not being safe quite the opposite. It's that there's just so many with it that it's unlikely to not come in contact with it and a few biological factors that has it effect men easier than women, but the numbers are declining! so yippee for less people suffering!! AIDS does have roots in racism, though. AIDS is widespread in Africa and it's a common stereotype that it's just everywhere there and everyone has it. I'm not saying that the steam reviewer knows this or was saying it maliciously, but I can understand why an African dev would see someone call their game "AIDS" and assume it has racial bias to it.
