It gets hard sometimes to keep going on without crying but now I am a mom I know my folks wouldn’t have wanted me to stop living. There’s tough times you just wish they were there for and in those times, be easy on yourself and don’t be shy about asking for help or if someone will step in that role for you. Graduation, all the firsts.. it’s way weird to not have your parents there for them, or it was anyway for me. I believe in God and Christ so I believe I will see them again and hopefully will spend eternity together. God grants free will though, so I respect that and this isn’t a conversion attempt, just sharing with you what’s gotten me thru so far.
