-1 bar / Sea bream / hake
-3 tbsp fish sauce
-4 tbsp lime juice
-5 to 8 cloves of garlic
-1 stick of lemongrass
- coriander
-Chinese celery
- fresh chili
- smoked pepper (optio)
-2 tsp coconut sugar / palm
