1 year ago my 7 year relationship ended. Now a year on I am so happy it ended and so this video is for anyone struggling with the early stages of a breakup. Sharing some advice and tips on things you can do to make it all a bit easier.

To all those girls out there that broke up with their partner, you can feel just as shit as those that were dumped, I broke up with my partner of 11 years and I have cried every day, I didn't want to end it, i love him so much but I had too as it wasnt working anymore, take each day as it comes and remember to breathe, talk to those that love you and feel your feelings, its ok to choose yourself, we've got this ❤

I was in the hight of heartbeak around a year ago too! It's literally over of the the hardest things on life to deal with! I wish i could have seen this video then! You're so right, i think hearing that it will be ok and get better is so good, it's hard to believe that at the time as it feels like you're the only one going thought it and no one understands, but so many people do understand! I was inconsolable as well and I'm in such a better place now as well! Trying something new unnossociated with them is s great tip too! ❤❤
