Msg from sudha- The flour shd be roasted well The jaggery paagu consistency also plays a vital role- it shd not be too thick or too watery- The mixed dough shd cool down U can prepare the dough previous day , allow it to set for 10 to 12 hours and try Vella Sendai the next day also Hope these tips are useful Good luck
