I actually really love the order in which you wrote this out! I kept getting stuck when i got to the part where i had to write out milestones because thry didnt end up matching with my actions list when i did the two steps out of order. Now this makes much more logical sense!

I have been more successful with your method than SMART in 2024 since learning about this method last year on a livestream workshop. It's WAY more digestible (a la the "one compelling reason") but still actionable. Thanks for this well-timed video and keeping goal-setting fun 🤓🧙‍♂️
