✔️ BRIEFLY ABOUT ME:
I have 67 scientific publications of national and international scope published by Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis and others. I was the editor of the scientific journal "Advances in Dietetics in Geriatrics and Gerontology" from 2015 to 2019. For years, I have collaborated with journals for which I write popular science articles on dietetics. I have written about 300 of them. Since 2018 I have been employed by the University of Life Sciences, where I teach students of dietetics and food technology. From 2012 to the present, I have been running my own dietetic practice, where I develop customized nutrition plans for patients. My PhD degree is in food and nutrition technology.
