Bro... This is such a refreshing perspective. I've never would have thought of neck training for a thicker overall frame. Man, I'm adding this to my routine, thank you for this. Us eastern Asians do have a skinner frame, I already am training traps and forearms to make myself pop out more when wearing a t shirt but you're so right about the neck training. This is truly a gem, great advice my brother.

Another muscle group you CANNOT ignore is your calves because shorts will cover up your quads and you only see calves. So now i look like i skip leg day all together 😢

Calves don’t really add much in terms of making you look more masculine. However most Asian’s already have good calve genetics already.

Really great video. Just one recommendation, have something like a teleprompter just behind the Cera coz it is looking odd and after every 3-4 seconds you have to look sideways

This is also something I've noticed recently. White dudes naturally have wider necks and so even for those who don't lift, they still look muscular somehow.

Part of it is definitely genetics, but since this video has come out I’m starting to think things like our environments and diet also play a role in terms of our muscular and overall body development.

neck extensions and neck curls, which 90% of people dont do correctly 🤣🤣how about some barbell/trap bar shrugs? rack pulls? face pulls? or if you have a neck strap which my gym doesnt even have 👎👎 only combat sports athletes (boxing,mma, bjj) need strong necks

The traps and neck muscles aren't as much of an issue compared to their terrible glute genetics

@@TALYJIMMY my bad. I’m taking it from an extreme standpoint and making that claim based on the top bodybuilders at the Olympia. For whatever reason, there never has seemed to be an Asian that’s been a serious contender for the Olympia title. Many analysts in the sport say it’s due to Asians poor glute and iffy back genetics

@@TheShady380Asians are getting up there in body building, but slowly. Majority of them are in powerlifting competition because they got calves genetics that will blow straight up
