How come doctors said it is alright to eat all of this and other doctors says not good. This is very confusing from everyone point of view and perspective about fruits and any type of food for diabetes.

When talking about fruits nutrients it should be told in grams unpeeled state, for better understanding and uniformity. Many people state in CUPS size, which becomes misleading.
