In the 17 countries we visited this year, the Citi Strata Premier was our #1 card for all the 3% categories and the 2% Capital One Venture X worked for everything else.

Freedom unlimited is actually good as a catch-all for the folks for whom the CSR is a good premium travel card, as opposed to the VX or Amex Platinum or co-branded top shelf card. Otherwise, it's not even better than the freedom flex. Chase should add groceries to it to make it compete with the Savor and strata premier.

Shit so I just applied for the Harris teeter card 12/15/24 They are still reviewing the card I might or might not get the card but if I do... Does that mean I only got from whenever I get the card till the end of 2024 to get $300 for 2024 only? Then the card resets at the beginning of 2025 I get to start from zero to get the $300 back all over again? Please let me know I'm really confused now

yes the $3000 limit is based on the calendar year, you’ll only have until December 31, 2024, to earn rewards toward the $3000 cap. The cap would then reset on January 1, 2025, and you could start earning up to $150 again.

@daniel.sparks Help understand this 3K mobile wallets every year cap. I got this part. This is the one I'm not sure 3% back on restaurants and gas stations Cap at also 3K. Is this The same 3k from the 5% mobile wallet or is it a different 3k?
