we need to continue this: if shrek is around twice as tall as an average male, we can say that he's a bit overweight and so we can estimate his weight at about 390 kilograms, beacause of the square cube law. considering that he was carrying 186 kilos during that scene, and knowing that he was running at a speed of 92 km/hour, the amount of joules that he's generating is 52992, which is about 75 hp.
