I wouldn't say you wouldn't confess unless you were in the situation. They use tactics to tear you down emotionally and mentally. It's a lot easier said than done. I feel like I wouldn't confess either but they are relentless. You never know until you're put in that situation.

If they said "yes", they must read him his miranda rights and offer him the right to counsel, which he should have asked for and said nothing. Tragic this type of investigation happens all too often. I told them I was innocent and they were threatening to charge my girlfriend who was also innocent and I said you know I’m only signing this so my girlfriends is okay because I didn’t want her to get in trouble with her parents and they simply didn’t care.. This made me Sick to my stomach, they know that he did not kill Riley, and were hell bent on securing a conviction because they had no leads. Instead of doing their job and finding the sick bastard that hurt that poor baby, they hunted the father who did nothing but LOVE that sweet baby. They had one job to do and that was to find the culprit instead they continued to cut the never ending wound on this innocent families hearts over and over again.
