If anyone is curious, in the video he says “If you choose to fight the light, and win, the darkness takes over. In the cutscene of darkness taking over, Mario literally crumbling and falling face first on the ground. The game just fades to black, and that’s how it ends.” Pretty sad ending for such a light hearted smash bros game but it’s what we got and I like it.

Kirby is probably one of the most overpowered non-Omega Level character out there. Just look at his feats from all his games. Cracked a planet in half in one punch. Survived a planet blowing up in his face without a single scratch. Able to travel faster than the speed of light with the Warp Star, which has the power of thirteen suns. Include the series he once threw a 3.5 ton pan at mach 75. His stomach is essentially a universe of its own, with stars and galaxies potentially providing limitless energy. Only reason Kirby cannot be classed as Omega Level is as far as I am aware he has never faced anything that powerful. (Thanks to Wizard and Boomstick on Death Battle for the facts. Kirby curb stomped Majin Buu)

Maybe you guys never watched Season 1 of Pokémon but Jessie found out that James was engaged to someone else as well. She was a little nastier than Jessie was to James and stood up for him rather than crying and running away. 5:16 Bayonetta and Palutena could've survived as well. Bayo could just simply escape to Purgatorio, and Palu to Skyworld. But Sakurai made the logical choice to make Kirby as the lone survivor because he is a beginner friendly character. Bayonetta and Palutena? Not so much. However, both Galeem and Darkhon knows how much of a threat they are, so that explains why they're the last characters to unlock in World of Light.
