Jimmy Page was the 1st one to use violin bow on a guitar an master it as far as seeing an hearing it on any album JP brought it to the forefront. I've personally never seen a musician use the violin bow but JP but I bet they're others out there after they were inspired by JP. No 1 does it better then JP it's my opinion. I suggest you look up Led Zeppelin songs Dazed an Confused & Song Remains the Same cause JP just shreds it. I like the sound that the violin bow makes on Led Zepp music. I also just discovered this Afghan Whigs band an I like how he uses the bow on this song so I'm going to research this bands music. Good Luck on learning it with your music.
