Love seeing Jax having a casual conversation with Pomni & there is a reference from Ragady Ann where Ragtha said “hurt nothing package fallen her head and Tea parties & Dancing lessons” before I forget I heard it from a KZbinr who knows a lot of shows secrets like when The Gloinks Queen mentioned her kids names in German their actual names are Uzi, V & Cyn a shout out from Murder Drones also I have a V shirt from Hot Topic

I was figuring that comment from Ragatha was a reference to something to do with Raggedy Ann...... And I had 0 clue that Hot Topic even had Murder Drone products.... Unfortunately, it's been years since I've walked into a Hot Topic.

I loved this episode, mainly because of Gangle, she was on the edge of being abstracted like with Kaufmo and Pomni and Zooble stopped her from doing just that. I also loved that after the torture scene with Jax, Jax became a teeny tiny bit nicer to Pomni.👍

I think they mentioned in the first episode that they don't remember their names from their past, but maybe they remember some of their pasts. (Pomni still remembered about her VR headset, but maybe her memory was still fresh and will fade later.)

Gangle, also remembered in this episode that he believes that he worked in fast food before getting to the circus.

I love this episde the most. and i dunno if im bias or not becasue i love all the characters for thier own reasons, but my mind was honed in oh how Jax's behavior changed as the day went by! (Gangle's a girl btw!) i also liked how she began the episode learning how to throw, and at the end threw her plastic mask away like a pro, even if it was a depressing situation.

You know, I thought Gangle was a girl listening to the voice by at the same time I wasn't sure.....oop😋.... That's okay, though now I know a 100%. And after watching the episode a couple more times and you saying that you were honing in on Jax.... It actually got me thinking about how almost all of them acted a little bit more differently than their "normal" selves being in a "normal" situation......Jax seemed to become more submissive as the day went on....Ragatha seemed to become a little bit more honest as the day went on. Granted, it's because the stupid sauce got in her eye, but that could be some sort of metaphor they're trying to convey.....Pomni seemed to try to pass off Gangle and her problems off to someone else rather than being a friend and listening to her.....Gangle started the day with an upbeat attitude. But as the day wore on, she was also defeated and worn down. Zooble on the other hand seems to be the only one who didn't change, which is interesting because they are the only ones that don't feel comfortable in the body that they are in. But yet, put in a "normal" situation, still stays the same character. I don't know.I'm probably looking too much into it😋

You worked in fast food? I salute you, sir. Cashiered for two years at a pharmacy and I have to say that was the biggest mistake of my life. I can sympathize with Gangle as I wanted to just walk outside and scream at the top of my lungs or punch customers. Obviously, neither was ideal for continued employment. Putting on a mask is kind of expected at those jobs. The employer and the customers expect you to smile, like you want to deal with horrible, self-entitled people that act like you are beneath them. But the episode was really telling for a lot of characters. When Ragatha is under the affects of the sauce, she is voicing her real feelings like a drunk. She is a people pleaser and it's clear she expressed how she feels over a lot of things: Pomni wanting to connect to an NPC rather than them, hating Jax but wanting him to not hate her, even being annoyed at a happy Gangle. With all that in mind it's no wonder Gangle and Zooble are seemingly the closest. Jax got put through the ringer in this one. Honestly, there are days I wish I had an attitude like his when I worked and not really cared what people thought of me. And it shows how that one day wore him down to where he had a short but civil interaction with Pomni. And notice on the employee evaluation board at the end, Kinger was the only one to get an A+ and he was apparently spending his time at a rodeo. Also, an adult toy references "Adult Toys" if you catch my drift.

Yeah, in my early twenties is when I did fast food as a job...... Also was an assistant manager. At a pizza place for a while..... And you are a 100%, correct that managers and people, the customers expect a smile a hundred percent of the time even when you're not up for...... heck even in this episode, they even had multiple posters in the background proclaiming that you need to smile. And all the characters seemingly acted a little bit different when they were put in this "normal" situation as the day went on.... With the exception of Zooble.... But I guess being put in that "normal" situation showed Gangle who her real friend was. And with Jax I felt like as the day went on, he got more submissive with being put in this situation.... Don't know what that might mean for future episodes, but that seems to be something that happened🤔

I'm going to expand on the whole our little group here created the amazing digital circus or was at least heavily involved. Kingler dealt with computer bugs, meaning he was if the theory was accurate the developer. Ragathia mentions having horses and it takes a lot of money to fund something like this so she was mostly likely very rich and funded the project. Gangle was a shift manager, meaning she was most likely the 'leader' of the team. Ponmi simply remembers putting the headset on and showing up in the digital circus. That could be one of two things, she was a beta tester,or she accidentally somehow found the headset and put it on. We don't know enough about Jax or zooble to determine their positions and yes there's a lot more to development than just these positions but they would be filled by the other humans who entered the circus who abstracted. As we get more and more information on our protagonists it's starting to be plausible that they had a hand in creating the digital circus. This theory could be wrong, but they wouldn't be dropping hints about their past lives if they were just random humans who got stuck there.

Digital Circus is fine show but I do prefer Murder Drones for its mystery and the rather rare horror theme. Digital Circus aesthetic does not work for me like Murder Drones did. But Digital Circus have not shown all its cards yet so things can change.

And that's why I like the comments, because we get the different perspectives from everyone as to why they like something more than something else..... Like, I see your perspective of liking the esthetic of Murder Drone more, because it touches base more with your styles and themes that you enjoy..... And you like the horror aspects of it more, which is probably why I like this show more than Murder Drones.... I used to like horror as a genre, but I've come more into liking mystery and comedy more than anything anymore... That's just me, though🙂
