Finally a review on this bike by someone who rides on the correct side of the road. I'm almost 76 years old and have owned and ridden motorcycles since I was 15. 2 years ago I decided to quit riding motorcycles so I sold my Street Glide which I had set up so it fit me like a glove and I loved it. I considered it to be the Holy Grail of motorcycles and now regret selling it. The situation that caused me to give up riding is now gone and I'm getting the itch back. I have owned a lot of motorcycles with most of them Harleys. But in my earlier years I hade Triumphs with most of them 67-69 Bonneville's and I still have a little Triumph blood running in my veins. This bike has stirred my interest. My only turn off is that it still runs a chain rear drive. Harley has proven the belt drive to be absolutely reliable. I put over 100,000 miles on one belt without ever touching it. But this Triumph looks interesting and I might have to do a look see. Thanks for the vid

I'm a HD owner myself, they make great bikes. Have owned/loved a few Triumphs too. On the chain; modern motorcycle chains are nothing like the chains of yesteryears. Adjustments are infrequent. I wish this had a belt too. Wahoo!

I have the identical bike-same year, same color. I’ve ridden more than 7,000 miles on it, most of which were on a trip from Arizona to Montana, then over to Spokane and back to Arizona through Utah. It’s a great cruiser but also a capable touring bike. Perfect operation throughout and very comfortable to ride. I did get a small windshield after the long trip. Would recommend this bike to anyone wanting reliability and comfort.

Great review! I think you are spot on! Just bought a 2022 Goldline Speedmaster LE. I am about to retire in a few years and could not walk away from what looked like the most awesome modern retro bike I’d ever seen. Have added some touring extras that can be quickly taken off (quick disconnects) when I want to ride Bobber style, and will add floor boards. As you said, the torque is phenomenal, and the gears are super smooth. She’s definitely a keeper…

I see you found out that it has fuel injection but those are not spark plug covers. Those are the rocker boxes. But you are correct that it's a beautiful bike. In fact, if I didn't have a Triumph Rocket III Touring. Talk about torque, the R3T has 155 ft/lbs at 2,000 rpms! (Published spec are usually incorrect.) Now THAT is a torque monster. If you're impressed with the Speedmaster's torque, you'd crap in you pants if you rode a R3T!

Been looking to add the Bobber with apes as my second bike next to my R1250R. However, a new Bobber is $13,400, but it would probably be $15k with apes, a seat, and taxes. Hardly any used Bobbers, but there are two 2018 Speedmasters near me, both with apes. One is red for $10,900 with 5k miles, some Motone parts, and the brown quilted seat. The other the two-toned paint for $10,600 with 900 miles, the comfort seat, and windshield. I might be getting a used Speedmaster over a Bobber. Closing on my house on Thursday, so I’ll be purchasing soon after.

I love the Speedmaster!! I almost bought one! I winded up going with a Harley Fat Bob 114 with a Stage 1. The new Fat Bob has that “Mad Max” post apocalyptic look that I love. I often wonder how it would have been to get that Speedmaster! The 114 has incredible torque just like the Speedmaster. I also have a really good looking windshield on my Fat Bob which protects me from wind blast. I can cruise down the highway at 85 to 95 miles an hour very smoothly! I would love to test drive a new Speedmaster. I have never ridden one. I just keep wondering!
