I think, for people who are not used to hearing scam calls and who are easily duped, the scammers are able to create the same sort of mind game / distraction that Kit has mastered on the scammers. Just as Kit is able to lead sammers down ridiculous paths which defy all logic, so the scammers (if they're any good) can lead unsuspecting victims along their own evil path of theft. It must work or they wouldn't do it. I used to work in telesales and you develop a way of speaking to people that works. I never tried screaming abuse at people though 🤣 One time I signed up this old bloke, his adult son got on the phone and started abusing me, signed him up too 😁 I was selling electricity. Electric companies do NOT value loyalty so these elderly people would sometimes be paying double what a new connect would be paying.
