6000 kwh/householdyear in 1958... and I heard this guy Fred Arnoux in Rachel Darnold's podcast that a pound of roasted coffee is 100-200kwh

Why not just put the cue cards directly under the camera so he doesn't have to obviously glance offscreen to read them?
