The people involve in the wreck have seen your videos and want to capitalize on your success by suing you. If they are legit hurt I understand, but most likely they contacted an ambulance chaser after realizing the company was successful. Hopefully this location is insulated from the main business. Sorry mike, not the best wrap to this series. I hate to see you get extorted.

If you have then you know and you're talking nonsense, if you haven't then stop talking out your *ss. I love your tenacity Mike. Your correct, this is the things all businesses go through. Of course it's a little different for business but basically the same. I'm not even in the lawn business. I have noticed you go through the same things all business go through. Sometimes you can run like no tomorrow, then there are those times you get concerned if your going to survival another month. This is why you save every penny for when bad times show up. Spreading ones self thin is not a good position to be in. Yet we all have been their. Established business don't have this problem unless an Alaska oil spill or deep horizon we're to happen. Best of luck.

I wondered if they’d circle back around and say there was damage after doing all the work that shop could do. Many will do that knowing the frame potentially has an issue. But if it’s very slight it’s an easy and safe repair. I’m sure those attorneys found your social media. However, they will aggressively go after any business. It’s part of the cost of having a name on the side of a vehicle. Great series and good luck with the ambulance chasers

I own a Ground maintenance company and find I get swamped by networking with 4 General contractors who I do clean ups for. Then simply ask if the need maintenance. I land 3 new maintenance accounts per week average. And I hire 1 new employee only once demand doubles! That way I can afford to lose costumer’s who aren’t willing to pay premium prices!

All in all this series has been great. Pretty sure I’ve watched every day. The money situation is not realistic at all though. I would bet your biggest demographic viewer on here can’t just go out and buy a dump trailer, or a new trimmer and chainsaw on the same day, etc. doing it like the common man would relate to many more people. So question to franchises/folks with agusta around them (never heard of em but I've watched a few of mikes vids now), is agusta sorta like the walmart or mcdonalds of lawncare? I.e. a more corporate structured, quick, basic(or standard), affordable type of lawn services business or have I just not delved deep enough into the video library to see the other types of services done? I'm by no means trying to make that sound bad (hell just look at how big and profitable those other businesses are!) I'm just trying to get a feel for them.

On the bent frame, that's typical of a non (or borderline) reputable business that gives an estimate of repairs they are able to do. Even when they are aware of other problems during the inspection, they won't mention them because another company that can do them all and they will lose revenue!

Single fastest growing professional industry in America is contingency law. It really sucks that everyone can sue a business for free but no business can protect themself for free. 9/10 times the insurance settles because litigation has gotten so expensive that it's just cheaper. Who made litigation expensive? Well the same people who get paid by settlements. Seems copacetic...

Old school doesn't always matter. A friend of mine was rear ended in a parking lot and swore for years that his neck hurt. It appeared that it did. He visited a chiropractor for a couple of years and got $10k (40 years ago) for pain. 25 years ago, I was pulling up to a stop light in a 3500 flatbed truck and got rearended by a RAM 2500 that was cruising along at 45 mph and didn't notice that he had entered an area with traffic. I had just stopped and I was holding the brake down. My drink jumped out of my cup and I was amazed that I was crushing the back of someone's station wagon. THEN...I realized that I had been PUSHED into the stationwagon. I was a little sore for a few weeks but kept working and didn't try to collect for any injury...I was fine.

@ronjclm8590
@ronjclm8590 Жыл бұрын
@@dh6984 Of course if your're injured you should sue. There are however too many people that anen't injured and fake one to get money. I saw a story a few years ago. A city bus was in an accident. downtown. At the time of the accident there were 15 passengers on the bus. after the dust settled ...there were 40 people on the bus claiming injury. People often suck.
@joshstieneker4615
@joshstieneker4615 Жыл бұрын
@dh6984 I don't think anybody is saying you shouldn't sue, it's the fact that people abuse suing others when they really weren't effected by something. I'm not saying the people involved had no injuries because they may have, but it's doubtful they are life threatening injuries. People can sue for just about anything and it needs to become much harder for them to collect that money.
