@@precooked-bacon Leaving the show doesn't disqualify you. Andi Dorfman left Juan Pablo's season and she got to be the Bachelorette later. Brooks left Desiree's season but he still got to be on Paradise. I think Cassie knew how much Colton liked her and tried to leave. So yes it is VERY awkward that Colton decided to "fight" for her lol. Of course she tried to give it a chance but this was never gonna work in the long run. Colton is not her type.

She and others (Brendan Morais, Peter Kraus) knew they weren't ready for marriage but they stayed on this show anyway for the followers/fame. The other girls in the house (correctly) picked up on that and instead of admitting that she wasn't ready for marriage, she called Kirpa an idiot, vehemently denied it, only to quit the show 7 days later.

for everyone hating: she's laughing at 2:22 because she's in disbelief, like i don't think she expected him to send the two remaining girls home at once. she didn't expect to be the last woman standing. also, she's definitely a shy, nervous person. she gets giddy easily. she doesn't seem very comfortable with relationships and seems a little insecure, in that she almost doesn't understand how someone like Colton could like her so much, out of all the other girls. i think she was being extremely cautious and didn't want to be a disappointment to him if they committed to a real life outside of the show together. she's afraid she won't be everything he wants and doesn't want to jump in with both feet. in the end, she went against her anxiety and fear and did. it's clear that they're in love now. i totally understand where she's coming from and that's how the whole situation reads to me.

Poor Colton. Anyone who’s dated.. and played the game. She played it and won. If she didn’t know what she was doing.. then she’s so dumb she’s smart. She played it far enough to know he liked her a lot. After she felt confident, she played “chase” ... so she played it off like she was confused and she “didn’t know” and how she loved him but was so “scared”.. automatically totally flipping the script and making him feel like he could lose her.. he admitted it even. My biggest problem with the bachelor/bachelorette show is the time. The fact that the last 2-4 people ALWAYS say they are in love after beeing on a few dates in a bubble like that are always wierd to me... at least she was real about that, they fall ”in love” in an unrealistic tv-show bubble and saying yes to marrige and forever in real life is BIG. Say what you want about her reaction and her reason for beeing there but they are together today (almost 1 year after meeting) and they both look just as in love as any other couple. He took a chance on her and it paid off.
