@@adolpholiverbush5867 Tom just bulldozes him tbh. Jon can't grapple men anywhere near his size who have done more than half a week of takedown defense, and Aspinall is statistically a more dangerous grappler than him with better takedown speed, success ratio, and a quicker takedown into submission rate. And striking wise it ain't even close. Jon has never hurt anyone with his hands, ever. And his kicks are only useful against 5'10 fat middleweights like DC. He ain't headkicking a 6'5 270lbs expert striker who trains with Rico Verhoeven and Tyson Fury. So Tom has basically nothing to fear from Jones. @@howardstewart2549 He just explained it. There's a lot politics and ducking in boxing and the best don't fight the best. The reason why this Aspinall vs Jones situation has been so talked about is because it rarely happens in the UFC that a champion is allowed to duck the legitimate #1 contender. There has been some decent fights in boxing lately but only due to the Saudis investing a ton of money to make it happen.

*Tom Aspinall and Eddie Hall are BOTH from Stoke-on-Trent,* a small town in Northern England that was at the forefront of the world's Industrial Revolution. Nowadays, it's quite neglected and rundown. I'm new to the area, but Eddie Hall and Aspinall are such stereo-typical Stokies, they're extremely: working-class roots, warm-hearted, humble, and "simple" in their nature. *Amazing representatives for their city!*
