Okay, after watching this video for the first time, this is the 5th. I knew that there was something wrong with the company you have ordered the camera with. . 1) There's no way a company could get 5 stars for every order. Surely there will be some review that will land it in the 3-4 stars rating. 2) The word 'dispatch' was typed wrongly, as 'Angelina' typed it as 'despatch' on the emails she sent to you. 3) The tracking number that she sent to you is a huge red flag itself as you mentioned. 4) I suspect that she is trying to stall past the 30 days refund, so you won't be able to get any refund back after that 30 days. 5) The way she communicate with you was also weird as well.

Before watching to the end this is what I think happens: -They constantly tell him about delays and problems -They are just waiting for the maximum days someone can appeal on amazon for a refund. If I'm right it's because it happened to me on ebay. I ordered something many years ago and the company was emailing me every day telling me they have problems and delays etc. As the final days approached I caught on so I just appealed to ebay and got my money back.
