I have been taking 1teaspoon of nutmeg + Ashwaganda with wild honey daily in the night before sleep, and compared to the antidepressants, these are way better and so far had no side effects.

What is treatment for nutmeg overdose
@maudmcfadden6161 Жыл бұрын
Hi, Thank you for your comment! If you or someone you know has ingested an excessive amount of nutmeg, seek immediate medical attention. Here are some treatment options that may be used in cases of nutmeg overdose: Gastric lavage: This is the process of flushing out the stomach to remove any remaining nutmeg. This is usually done in cases where the overdose occurred within the last hour. Activated charcoal: This is a substance that can absorb the nutmeg in the digestive tract, preventing it from being absorbed into the bloodstream. Intravenous fluids: In cases of severe dehydration or electrolyte imbalances caused by vomiting or diarrhea, intravenous fluids may be administered to restore hydration and electrolyte balance. Anticonvulsant medication: If seizures occur as a result of nutmeg overdose, anticonvulsant medication may be administered to control the seizures. Supportive care: In addition to the above treatments, supportive care may be provided to help manage symptoms. This may include the use of antiemetic medication for nausea and vomiting, sedatives for agitation, and monitoring for potential complications. It is important to note that nutmeg overdose can be very dangerous and should be taken seriously. Prevention is always the best approach, so it is important to use nutmeg in moderation and according to recommended doses.
