Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make menudo! One of the easiest recipes ever! And it’s just perfect to share with all your family this Christmas! This is the same recipe I been using since the beginning? Why because it’s just simply the best!

Tip: make sure you wash very well the tripe before and after cutting,
Before cutting wash it with salt and lemon
The lime water bath is to remove the stinkyness from the menudo, a good menudo smalls goooood ! 😉
Ingredients:
5 lbs beef honeycomb tripe
Beef feet optional
20 New Mexico Chile pods
4 Chile Pasilla
1 white onion
1 head of garlic plus 2 cloves
1 large can of precooked hominy
3 bay leaves
Menudo mix or oregano
1 serving of love 💕
