Good morning team! What an incredible workout .. my mind, muscle connection on point! I just need to say this. I started first summertime fine program with Sydney in June.. now almost 7 months later.. my body has changed drastically.. my abs are visible , my shoulders are popping, my mind is so POWERFUL! What I love most about her programs is she touches every inch of our body. Yes I look forward to every single morning getting out of bed. It's amazing what your mind is capable of. I feel awesome in my own mind, body and soul. Such a blessing. Awesome work everyone ❤

I have missed this style of workout! "LIFE" I am applying for a nursing program that starts this fall. I have passed my TEAS but I have decided to retake them to hopefully score a more competitive score. So, here I am again studying the same old stuff I should already know!!!! Day 4 of embrace for me! My dog's first birthday was yesterday, and it's been a very hard year. She is beating cancer, but she is so strong. She's teaching me to be strong and resilient despite the odds! When Sydney said BLESSINGS, I really felt that. 🤣 Just trying to stay on track and work on fitness and balance. ❤️

Started this workout in a really bad mood. Felt better as soon as I started moving 😅 But then started getting annoyed because I wasn't finding bodyweight challenging, so about half way thru grabbed weights, and that helped. Only wish I grabbed them sooner
