Tips in the vid: Thrust: look forward to avoid overarching Dumbbell squats: elbow in your knees when squat till the lowest, narrow a bit your stands to magnify abduction Back extension: round your back ( isolating your glutei for pulling you up) DL:sit back when lower the bar, creating a natural slide for the bar. Don’t bend the knee too much. (After the bar pass your knee slide a bit) Single leg squat: most of your strength is on the front leg, lean in a bit forward.

@Thor Odinson how many hottest fit people? 1 Jul 2014 • 2 min read The day has finally arrived for you take ownership of your new car. You’ve hunted, haggled and closed the deal. The car is yours. The keys have been handed over. The last thing you need to do before you drive away from the dealership is sign a document saying you’re happy with the vehicle. Here’s what you do before you put your name anywhere. A visual inspection of the paintwork -- no scratches, no swirls, no patchy patches. Ensure the panels are all aligned and blemish-free. Inspect the windshield and window glass for cracks or chips. Check all the lights - interior and exterior. Check all the controls work - like windscreen wipers, demisters, radio, air-con etc. Check under the bonnet and ensure all fluids are topped up. If you come across any problems, note them on the document. These are issues that can be resolved under warranty. If there are any major issues with the car, you don’t have to sign the at all. The car will stay with the dealer to be looked at, and the process will be repeated once the dealer deems the problems solved. If the car is problem-free, your transaction is done and it is time to drive off into the sunset. Congratulations! ‘Run in’ your new car There are a lot of ideas out there about running in new engines. The hundreds of components that make up a car need time to settle and ‘running in’ is believed to be the best way to do this. Sometimes the running in process will be described in your owner’s manual, but the basic idea is to put your new car through its paces with varying loads in different driving conditions (for example, stop-start city driving and freeway driving), using all gears at changing speeds. Just don’t abuse the engine for the first 1,500km or so. That means: Don’t over-rev the engine. Try to keep engine speed somewhere between 2000 rpm and 4000 rpm. Don’t keep a constant speed, though, accelerate and decelerate often. Don’t idle for more than a few minutes at a time. Please, don’t tow a trailer.

@@deborahbedford4085 What does cooling off mean? Cooling-off periods apply to cars and motorbikes bought from licensed motor car traders. You have three business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you sign a contract to change your mind. This is your cooling-off period. However, if you choose to accept delivery of the vehicle during this three-day period, you will automatically lose your right to cool off. Licensed motor car traders are required to include a prescribed information box in the contract of sale for each vehicle they sell, that sets out information about the cooling-off process. A licensed motor car trader is not obliged to order a vehicle from the manufacturer before the cooling-off period expires. You should therefore clarify with the licensed motor car trader when you can expect to receive it. Changing your mind If you change your mind and terminate the sale agreement, you must do so in writing within the cooling-off period, and the licensed motor car trader may keep $400 or two per cent of the purchase price (whichever is greater). If you change your mind about a sale that takes place off-site, for example, if the licensed motor car trader brings the vehicle to your home or place of work, the seller may keep $100 or one per cent of the purchase price (whichever is greater). Commercial vehicles There is no cooling-off period if the car is purchased in the name of a company or body corporate, or if it is classified as a commercial vehicle.

@@strongbeasts487 Dino Orucevic, Just a random PC enthusiast! Answered Aug 18, 2017 Great question. I assume you´re the average gamer. The GTX 1070 was a card that over-delivered on its promise to perform as well as the previous generation Titan X, by that I mean it performed roughly 2% better as seen in Digital foundry´s video. How well does the GTX 1070 perform today? Today the GTX 1070 is one of the better GPUs on the market and was just recently defeated by the RX 56 made by AMD to compete with it. As shown in the video above, we can clearly see that the GTX 1070 is a capable card, playing most games, if not all current games with the “ultra” preset. The GPU only runs into issues when you start ramping up the MSAA as this form of anti-aliasing really kills the performance. The GTX 1070 will have a steady 80-100 fps in most of today´s games with 4x MSAA. However, 8xMSAA is where this GPU will struggle. What does this mean? The GTX 1070 is a very capable card, but not necessarily overkill as, even today, it might have framerate drops below 60fps in some of the more demanding AAA games. We can expect this trend to continue as newer games release with better textures etc. Speaking of newer games, how long can you expect to keep this GPU? How long can you expect to keep this GPU? This GPU will easily stay with the “ultra” preset for at least 2 more years, right? Well.. yes and no. Some AAA games such as Ghost recon wild lands are making it very hard for this GPU to run at a stable 60fps with the “ultra” preset. This GPU will probably maintain the “Ultra” preset for games like Battlefield for another 2 years, but not for bigger open-world games. With games such as Kingdom Come:Deliverance, I´m expecting this GPU to bump the settings down to “high” if you want to use a better form of Anti aliasing. Nvidia is also releasing Volta in what is expected to be q1 or q2 of 2018, which can mean you won´t get every new technology made after Volta´s release, or optimizing for it can be difficult. If the newer technologies are auto-applied with the “ultra” preset, you might have to use a tweaked ultra preset or simply jump down to the “high” settings preset. Conclusion: What can you expect? This GPU is definitely capable of playing most games maxed out today. For 60FPS it´s mostly overkill, but the headroom might be of use in the near future if you play open-world games. I´m expecting the bump down from ultra to high in a few years´ time. If you play competitive games, then don´t worry, this GPU won´t struggle with those any time soon! I hope this helps you! Feedback is always nice!

I can't thank you enough for this video. I'm confident in attempting hip thrusts now - they usually terrify me. Lots of love xx

Get on them! I was timid too. Finally got the confidence about 3 months ago. Now I'm hip thrusting 225lbs. Goal set on 300lbs. They r a game changer in glute development. Also... look into Nike Metcon shoes. Flat athletic shoe allows u to dig heal into ground. Another game changer (especially in side bootie gains via curtsie lunges). Good luck!
