Last week, Sam found a recipe for the fudgiest, gooiest brownies that's got everyone talking over on Reddit so we OBVIOUSLY needed to try them. You nay think this looks like a regular brownie recipe - and you'd be correct, but there are a fe steps along the way that make these the best EVER. So grab some chocolate and get ready to make literal food heaven!
9x13" Pan
227g Butter - to be browned
90g Cocoa Powder
113g Dark Chocolate (60% Cacao)
1 tsp Instant Espresso (Ground)
300g Caster Sugar
100g Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla
4 Eggs
120g Plain Flour

For those in the states looking for the US measurements :) 1 cup (227g) butter, to be browned 1 cup (90g) Dutch-process cocoa powder 4oz (113g) dark or semisweet (60% cacao) chocolate, finely chopped 1 tsp instant espresso (or 1 Tbsp instant coffee) 1.5 cups (300g) white sugar 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar 1 Tbsp vanilla 4 eggs 1 cup (120g) flour 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
