With Intel 12th Gen, you can find combo deals on newegg for the 12700K and 12600K pairing with the Intel Arc GPUs. It's a pity the Intel deals are only US only.

Heck ya !! i paid $230 USD for my I7-12700K and paired it up with my RTX 4070 and I'm luvin it for the price. Sure they're faster CPU's but for the money ya can't beat it. Thanks for the video . I just subbed. 👍

@@standupyak I'll believe it when I see it. It took like six years before 10nn was actually useful, and by that point, it somehow became 7nm, even though we all know it's still 10nn.

It would definitely perform well in esport titles and older games! In more modern/demanding games it will definitely start to fall behind tho

I'd probably invest in an i7-8700k if I were in that position, but with the limited VRMs on ur board it may not be enough to consistently deliver 125W+.

12-13-14 intel is almost EOL. Same goes for AM4. I would invest in AM5 platform.

13400 not anymore, stay away from 13/14 gen.

@Leo.501 13400 is actually safe, but avoid 13600k and above if you don’t want degradation issues

Used i7 12700k now is a king of the price/perf got one for about $214 and that's in Europe where prices are significantly higher than in the ret of the world. Our sale price is $260 so not that great.
