It's used in such small amounts, it's not actually uneconomical! I never bought it for a long time, but eventually did as a treat, and really it comes out to about the upper middle of the price of good spices, in terms of how it's used.

Yes, it’s so good to watch cooking without music. Adding music to everything these days, seems to add a layer of stress to life, that’s unnecessary. It keeps me in a state of constant heightened feelings - it can’t be good for us all. I love to watch people cooking and if there’s music, I mute it, so my life is silence. But if we can watch videos without added music, it’s informative and peaceful - so much better for mental health. Bless you ❤
