Hello I started 96 kg beginning now 75 but I am not happy my diet plan: morning water then one cup tea with sugar then one egg or banana or chappathi lunch: onehand rice 🍚 vegetable and fish evening tea night dinner I will not take only water full day you can drink water night and mrg heavy exercise beleive you can take low calorie foods in little amount and do workout in your house 😊 my aim is 60 when I will see😮 this 60 I will be happy

എടോ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഈ പറയുന്ന ഡയറ്റിന്റെ ഒന്നും യാതൊരു ആവശ്യവുമില്ല ഡെയിലി കഴിക്കുന്ന ഫുഡിൽ അല്പം കൺട്രോൾ വരുത്തിയാൽ മതി മേരേജ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഒരു വർഷമായിട്ടും എനിക്ക് പ്രഗ്നന്റ് ആവാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. അപ്പോൾ വെയിറ്റ് എനിക്ക് 80 കിലോ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു വെയിറ്റ് ലോസ് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു. ആ ടൈമിൽ എന്ത് ഫുഡ് കഴിക്കണം എങ്ങനെ കഴിക്കണം ഇതൊന്നും എനിക്കറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ഞാൻ ഡെയിലി കഴിക്കുന്ന ഫുഡിൽ കൺട്രോൾ വരുത്തി രാവിലെ 4 ദോശ കഴിക്കുമായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അത് രണ്ടായി കുറവ് ചെയ്തു. ചോറ് ഒരു പ്ലേറ്റ് നിറയെ എടുക്കുമായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അത് പകുതിയായി കുറവ് ചെയ്തു ചായ കുടിക്കും ആയിരുന്നു ഷുഗർ ചേർക്കുമായിരുന്നു രാവിലെ മാത്രമേ കുടിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. രാത്രിയിലും ചോറാണ് പക്ഷേ കുറച്ചേ കഴിക്കൂ. ഏകദേശം നാല് മാസം കൊണ്ട് 20 കിലോയോളം കുറഞ്ഞു വേറെ ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്നം ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടായില്ല. ഞാൻ പ്രഗ്നന്റ് ആവുകയും ചെയ്തു.😊❤
