What color burnishing pad is best for Ishine.
@ImperialDade Жыл бұрын
Hi @alanabentrod3963, thanks for reaching out. There are so many different types of burnishing floor pads available. The best option will depend on how often you are able to burnish the floor in your facility and the RPMs of the machine you are using. In general, we recommend using a tan floor pad made from a mix of hog hair and synthetic fibers. This pad is a bit more aggressive and works well with the iShine finish. Keep in mind if you are burnishing every day or multiple times a day, this might not be the right pad for your needs. Consider reaching out to an Imperial Dade Floor Care Specialist who can help you identify the best products for your needs: www.imperialdade.com/registration In the meantime, for more information, feel free to check out our article, "What is the Best Floor Pad for your Buffer or Burnisher? I have had to use ishine but when I burnished with Nobles UHS or Tennet UHS no matter what pad I get swirls. Any suggestions? Doesn’t work like Johnson Diversity wax.

Hi! Thanks for watching our content. We’re glad you found this video useful. We’re sorry that you are struggling to achieve the desired level of shine on your floor. You may be experiencing swirl marks and dullness due to a variety of reasons. First and most commonly, the pad you are using may not be correct. Even though you stated you’ve tried numerous pads, it doesn’t sound like you’ve found the right one. I will typically start with four or five burnishing pads, trying each one until the best option is revealed. Is there a pad pressure adjustment on your machines? Perhaps it is set too aggressively. I would try to back that off then slowly add pressure. Finally, if not currently using one, Hyou may consider using a restorer when burnishing. We have several quality restorers available.
