Home workout tip, do the playing card workout! You have a deck of cards, and each cards value is the amount of moves you do. For example: Hearts=burpees, clubs=push ups, diamond=squats, spades=sit-ups, joker is 1 min rest. 7 of clubs = 7 push-ups. So pick get a deck, draw your first card and then just go =) Good luck

When my dog was a puppy we read that if you make a high pitch yip/cry noise when they start to nip/bite they will back off (that is how they know to stop with other puppies). It worked great at getting ours to stop biting, he is 6 and has never bitten any of us and will open his mouth wider and back away still to this day if we are playing and he gets a hand in his mouth

16:38 If you don't have weights, try also doing sprinter lunges (at the bottom of the lunge, you reach down and touch your front heel with both hands). It loads the gluti and hamstrings more.

Instead of "no", try "Off" or "Away" where the meaning is, stop whatever you are doing. That advice from a trainer helped us with our three labs. Good luck with training, it's all about consistency. #LikeForKala

Also when doing commands like down, try using an open palm facing down, and for paw/shake open paw facing up. Different hand positions help with teaching the dog different tricks.

2:27 Gotta teach the movement with a clicker or some other arbitrary sound (I just click with my tongue/mouth) and only associate the actual word with it once the pup has the movement on lockdown. Otherwise you’re just confusing the pup and burning out the training keyword. Check out positive reinforcement training and/or clicker training for more info 🙂.

Hey Craig, big fan. Idea for sick content: In future, or when things are sort of back to normal... can you do a video that talks about a few certain things you’ve learnt from training with the best in world. In the ‘fraser’ade’ vlog you said about Zack George using a series of benchmarks to know where he’s at. What certain things/habits do Tia/Fraser/Goat do? Thought process behind programming balance, active rest vs total rest, and strict (ocd) genuine must-haves etc. Be interesting to know
