Hello, does it make any sound when it has mains power? Does it run completly silent on mains power?, is there any fan running when it is on mains power?

I've the same model, after 2 months it started to make a weird buzzing noise when ever I plug it to the wall ( No sound when it's runs on battrey) and when I place my pc power cable to it the psu makes the same sound, what could be the problem ?
