iPod Touch "?". So I later got the 1g Touch 16gb & it was cool for the day but sure took a cost at space as much as my then 32Gb iPhone 3Gs, $400. I later, & since, been using my previous retired iPhones as I upgraded, as iPods. a 6s Plus 256 currently runs iOS 15.4, has headphone jack large screen for videos as well. iPod 7 & 8 just as nice. I'm currently rocking a 3 yo XS Max 512Gb as a 2nd device, Awesome as an iPod touch w/ bk up phone capability if I need. My 1st gen touch has the call icon but it does nothing, had maps & other but stuck on iOS 3.? old. but still works. What do you think cost wise?

i had a ipod nano 5 that i got for chirstmas in 2012,but i sold it to a pawn shop,I'm currntly waiting for my new one to come to me it comes with it a ipod 90's style Boombox :)

Most of the nanos have a problem with dead screens when the aging batteries expand. So, big fire hasard…. 😳

Brilliant iPod video Matt. (: I still have my 80g iPad Video 1st piano black. Then a mini silver 6g & a nano green 4’. Cookies change each gen. Usually a silver blue green red Then a black pink orange & I think a space grey like. The video had good battery life 8 Apple TV like features w/ hdmi & TV cables I still use it

What about when you said that it was good going back to the blue color that was originally on those iPods. Actually, the oldest iPod that I still have is an old iPod 5th generation from 2005. I wonder what smartphone or iPhone did you use in 2005?

@@MattsTech my first phone that I had was a Kyocera KWC 2135 that I remember getting shortly after I turned 18 in May of 2002. It was with Alltel. I then used it until January of 2006. Of course in 2005, I was just 21 years old.

The Mini is downright beautiful, aesthetically and functionally. Anything over 128GB is overkill! I have thousands of music, podcast, and audio book files on mine and it isn't even half full. Put Rockbox on it and you can play all sorts of games (including Doom) on it, not to mention mpeg2 video files. I have a bunch of iPods, but the Minis are my favorite.

The mini has always been a favorite of mine, and yeah, 200GB in my personal mini is a tad overkill, but whatever, I like it that way! :D Thanks for the useful information as well!

See the ones that I think that are the best ones to use is the 5th gen. They are the easiest to open to flashmod.

hey i found 2 ipod touches one 5th gen and the other 6th gen and they are both below 40 bucks which one should i get?

For $40, I’d check to see if there’s anything wrong with them first, since they usually don’t sell for that low. Either way, both are good deals, though the 6th gen. is quite a bit more so, so I’d go with that one!

people complain about ipod small screen while at the same time using the apple watch with have a smaller screen. clown world
