Yeah, seriously! Or even just a cheap $20 clip-on mic would've made a world of a difference.

Hi Kyle, nice video. Thank you! I have the same keyboard and I´m so annoyed about this sound of the crown when switching from smooth to ratchet mode. Do you have this cracking noise, too??
@SeeItLoud4 жыл бұрын
I do, not sure exactly what it is... but rest assured yours is not broken in any way. I have the same thing in a mouse with an infinity scroll wheel... it does the same sort of pop or switching sound.
@thisi24 жыл бұрын
@@SeeItLoud I have that mouse too. The stop of the infinity scroll is way quieter than the crown. The crown is really loud. So when your crown sound is like the infinity stop sound then I assume mine is broken.

@@SeeItLoud I made a video for comparison. Please have a look and tell me if it is comparatively loud as mine: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZKnaYabrK-ams0

Does this work with after effects?
@SeeItLoud4 жыл бұрын
Hi there, there is a special mapping with after effects. I haven’t personally used it but here is a mapping for nearly all Adobe CC programs.

This or the Apple Magic Keyboard at the same price?
@SeeItLoud5 жыл бұрын
+TwistedOracle oh dear at the same price? Definetly the Craft. If I only had $80ish bucks... the basic magic keyboard is great... minimal, elegant, gets the job done. Especially if I already another controller (like the Pallette controller). But if the full size magic keyboard was this price... it wouldn’t be enough value. This hands down feels better... more premium... and that’s before you get to the dial and the multi machine control... If you want to feel like you’re using a premium keyboard, use a lot of photoshop (that’s the strongest of the Adobe CC integrations), or use more than one machine at the same desk... this is hands down the choice over the Magic Keyboard

@@SeeItLoud Great review. Wish they made the Craft or MX Keys in a smaller version similar to the Magic keyboard, to me the numpad just gets in the way.

@SeeItLoud4 жыл бұрын
Hey there! What has been bugging you about this keyboard? I have a few, but this one has been a daily driver for my day job for a long time.
@LaLiLuLeLoX4 жыл бұрын
@@SeeItLoud Good day... Its just been feeling a bit clunky. I usually like working in pitch black environment and the "smart illumination" is not as intelligent as I would like them. Hovering my hand over them most of the time does nothing. I have to tap the side of the keyboard or push a key to activate them. And the keyboard often acts like it shuts down miduse and using it can be tedious at times. Ive looked up certain fixes with connectivity issues but it doesn't seem as if it works. The same issue happens with the MX 2s mouse also. I mean its unacceptable worrying about these types of problems wielding a $300+ keyboard/mouse combo when trying to finish some work. I was thinking about getting the new Logitech915 but I've searched some forums and found that some folks are having the same connectivity issues as I do with the Craft. So I dunno, i refuse to let logitech take another 250$ away from me. The Keychron or Vulcan Pro are most likely my next buy!!
@SeeItLoud4 жыл бұрын
I can see how that would get annoying. As it happens, I am the proud owner of the Keychron K6 and slightly newer K8. Both are great boards! I’m not a seasoned mechanical keyboard connoisseur but i can definetly see the appeal of a highly customizable board. One thing I noticed about them, with the OEM keys, the lighting is a big dim - so be sure to find some good key caps that take led lighting well. Also... their auto shutoff feature turns the board of WAY to often... super annoying... I think it’s something like 10 minutes... so I turn that feature off and just accept the battery consumption. For my non-work computer... the K8 has been my primary since I got it.
@LaLiLuLeLoX4 жыл бұрын
@@SeeItLoud Thanks a much. That exactly my plan. To use the K1 TKL V4 for my daytime/afternoon non important cpu work. Im planning on leaving plugged in and using it for my tablet whenever. And then maybe the Vulcan Pro for my main pc. Thanks for the info man!! Much appreciated!!
