How to take this natural antimicrobial remedy: Ingredients: • 15 garlic cloves • 1 whole lemon • 1 Tbsp turmeric powder • 1/4 cup grated ginger • 1/4 cup manuka honey • 1 oz olive oil (or 1 tsp coconut oil) • 3 oz apple cider vinegar • 1 cup water At the first sign of sickness, take a shot of this drink. You can then take an additional four shots of this remedy throughout the day. Directions: Add the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a 16 oz mason jar and pour in additional water until the mixture is about a 1/2 inch from the top of the jar. Seal the jar and keep it in the refrigerator. The longer this formula is in the refrigerator, the more potent it will become. Thank you Dr Berg🐱👍🏿

After it cools down, I add the squeezed lemons including the cut peelings, honey, ACV and a dash of pepper. It will last for more than 2 weeks in the ref. I also take a teaspoon of minced garlic preserved in honey before I drink the prepared mixture. This and doing daily early morning stretching/biking/walking keeps me healthy and active. Exactly. It's everywhere you go. The local foods, sometimes a strange ingredients or process, will prevent some disease or stave off some parasite that carries it. People forget Europe and that they had indigenous cultures too. The only reason I know this is because of my own woes, but leven bread, 85% of the gluten is broken down by the yeasts. Someone could be gluten intolerant, eat wheat every day, and never cross the threshold for Celiac's, if it was all leven first. Now CO2 is bought from beer companies, and pumped in. Spices that preserve meat, kill the same bacteria that make us sick, while letting the enzymes make it easier to digest. Everything is forgotten or bassackwards now, largely.

I'd suggest that the mixture be poured into ice trays and create a stored baggy of ice cubes with this mixture. A full cube or two can be used for this regular treatment, added to water. Frozen mixture will last longer and can be made in advance to use readily.

I love Dr. Berg's info. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING INFO! This recipe is very close to my "sore throat soup" - with chicken broth, cayenne pepper, a pinch of black pepper for the turmeric, and pineapple added. I have one comment regarding honey. Like everyone else talking about the keto diet, sugar is treated as the enemy - which in many cases IS SO TRUE. But I've been very disappointed to see properly sourced honey being discouraged as if it's just another form of sugar - it is ABSOLUTELY beneficial and medicinal. Quality honey SHOULD NOT be mindlessly lumped into the rest of "the sugar cube". Over 55 years of life, I learned young to not climb on any bandwagon. My main mantra - extremes are almost never the answer. Ethically grown locally sourced honey from people I know will ALWAYS remain a part of my diet. I have been very sad to see honey discouraged by diet promoters. I'm VERY HAPPY to see Dr. Berg talking positively about it here and in some of his other videos, recognizing it's health benefits, not just it's sugar content.

***UPDATE*** I emailed his assistant from his website. This concoction is good for 2 weeks. I recently started to watch your videos. I made this concoction to the T. I came down with a throat infection with white puss in the crevices, fever of 103.2, body aches and headache. The illness started yesterday. I've taken 2 doses today. What is your suggestion on when to visit a Dr. if symptoms persist? I don't want to get meningitis or heart issues from this. Also, many asked how long does this last in the fridge? Should I take on an empty stomach as suggested by your strep throat video to fast. Would really appreciate some feedback. I have a lil girl and don't want to be negligent when it comes to my health. I'm 40 yrs old. UPDATE: After posting this comment my fever dropped. The next day I started feeling better and opted to not visit the Urgent Care. I will definitely be using this often. I also did salt water gargling as recommended on another video regarding strep. Thanks Dr. Berg. I hope you can update this video and advise your viewers on how long this concoction will last in the fridge.

Thanks Dr. Berg. I don't know the mechanics, cardamom is a powerful natural antibiotic internally. Plus, I use it daily as deodorant, roughly 5 parts 50/50 alcohol to 1 part cardamom pods by volume. Sealed jar, let sit for a week before using. Wet a paper towel with it to apply. Works better than anything of the shelf, no chemicals. It does wonders for swamp butt too, lol. The sweat is non negotiable, but it eliminates any funk, and lasts all day.

Hey thanks for sharing this, i have been using baking soda, coconut oil and lavender essential oil as deo, it is working well but it caused my underarm to go black, i think i can try one as well. Is there any youtube video with you recipe or if you could tell me the average in grams that will be appreciated and what brand alcohol do you use?
@ricksanchez31762 жыл бұрын
@@JassPB04 No KZbin video that I know of. Very simple simple recipe, just fill your jar 1/5 of the way, then fill the rest of the way with the alcohol. Cardamom quality is going to very so much, a little off on the ratio won't hurt. Screw the cap tight so the alcohol doesn't evaporate and wait about a week.The pods will start to sink, they all won't. I just use rubbing alcohol. I actually used vodka my first round, then decided not to because of a potential open container, if it was in my car. I'd guess any clean spirit above 80 proof (40%). I just leave the pods in and don't filter it or anything. I was thinking of maybe adding a drop of tea tree oil, and half a cinnamon stick to try on the next round. Baking soda is one of those things that's great for short term use, but it is really alkali. It's the reason it's going kill the bacteria that make the odor, but eventually it's going to give you a chemical burn. I took it out of my homemade tooth past and noticed an improvement in my gums within a few days.

(The last bit of water added is just about a few tablespoons, approx.). Also the ginger root fibers could be strained, or just spit out while drinking. Otherwise, it's tasty enough for being medicinal. A "shot" = 1.5 oz. = 3 Tablespoons.

Perhaps the biggest problem with honey adulteration is food Some beekeepers even feed the bees sugar I think the price of honey should be more expensive than gold
@lindaparnell1546 Жыл бұрын
Pure Manuka honey is made by the bees feeding on the Manuka bush flowers. It’s expensive even here in NZ but it’s highly medicinal and can be applied straight onto burns, skin infections etc. The honey comes in several ratings, you need to use a rating above UMF 10 for it to be truly effective. In NZ that costs around $200 for 250g (8oz) jar.. the higher the UMF value the more you pay
@Nadya3775 Жыл бұрын
Is that Australian dollar?

@lindaparnell1546 Жыл бұрын
@@dodstorm6406 I’d check with a chemist. I’m not an expert but if you Google UMF (Unique Manuka factor) versus MGO (Methylglyoxal) it says that UMF 10 is equivalent to MGO263. However it looks like if you’re ingesting it regularly (such as a table honey) you’d want food grade which is definitely lower so a naturopath or chemist might be able to advise you better.

I'm quite perplexed by this now as I've dealt with the emotional physical and sexual abuse I had to enter as a child. My question is how do I get past this constant ingrained stress? I meditate. I am a writer so I express everything. I am a goofball so I keep things light. But nevertheless I am stressed out. I believe it has to do with my upbringing and the stress of it. I actually believe that it is part of me now because it changed me chemically I think. I'm just hoping to find an answer to maybe change it back.
